Boil the full cream milk, collect the fat, cream from the top.
Then blend it to get a mix everything
Collect malai/cream from milk and them stirr and mix it until butter is released. Use some water to soften, left over is butter milk and could be used in kadhi
Let bacteria ferment the cream for sometime, to release Lactic acid.
Mix cream with white vineger or lime
Clarified butter - ghee
Follow ayurvedic method, Mix some curd with the collected cream mix-it and leave it overnight. Probiotic
when u add yogurt to cream , probiotics give out good enzymes and vitamins including B vitamin and K2 vitamin…..thus as per ayurveda this ghee is richer in nutrition
- Blend in cold water, add ice cubes (if needed) to churn out butter from cream
- Cook the butter in a copper pan, cast iron pan will also do, cook on low flame for about 10 minutes
Cook on slow heat for 20 minutes
