Air Frying
Is a cooking method by circulating hot air around the food using the convection mechanism. A mechanical fan circulates the hot air around the food at high speed, cooking the food and producing a crispy layer via browning reactions of two kinds.

Problems

Best baked potatoes ever
- Add potatoes to boiling water with a pinch of baking soda (alkaline)
- Seperately, heat 5tbl spoon oil with rosemary and minced 3 garlic
- Mix poratoes with strained oil (garlic seperated) with some seasoning and mix them until the edges get little messy.
- Bake them for 20 mins or so, sitrring them in between
- Add strained garlic before serving
